School Policy:-

1. Admission & Orientation

  • A smooth transition period is provided for new students to help them settle comfortably.
  • Parents are encouraged to support the child’s adjustment by maintaining consistency in routines at home.

2. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Regular attendance is essential for effective learning.
  • Parents are requested to inform the school in case of illness or unavoidable absence.
  • A medical certificate is required for long-term illness.

3. Drop-off and Pick-up

  • Students must be handed over to designated staff at arrival and picked up on time.
  • Guardian ID cards are mandatory at pick-up. If another person is authorized to collect the child, written intimation and secure identification are required.
  • Prolonged goodbyes and waiting near the premises should be avoided to ensure smooth transitions.

4. Nutrition & Food

  • Healthy, home-packed meals are encouraged.
  • Junk food, fizzy drinks, and packaged snacks are not permitted.
  • Food sharing is discouraged to ensure safety against allergies.

5. Attire & Belongings

  • Students should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate, and easy-to-manage clothing.
  • All personal belongings (bags, bottles, uniforms) must be labeled.
  • Extra clothing may be sent for emergencies in younger classes.

6. Health & Safety

  • Students should not attend school if they are unwell or have contagious illnesses.
  • The school provides first aid in case of injury and may consult a doctor if necessary.
  • Emergency contacts must be kept updated by parents.
  • Smoking or any harmful substances are strictly prohibited on school premises.
